We currently deliver within Accra and selected surrounding areas.

Estimated delivery timelines:

  • Accra Metropolitan Area: 1–3 business days
  • Greater Accra outskirts: 2–4 business days

Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, traffic conditions, weather, or order volume.

Payment Verification

All orders are shipped only after successful payment confirmation. Please ensure your payment details are accurate, as incomplete or failed payments may cause delays in processing.

Tracking & Notifications

Customers will receive delivery updates via SMS or email once an order is dispatched. Where applicable, tracking details will be shared to allow customers monitor the progress of their delivery.

Damaged or Lost Orders
